Welcome back everyone! This week I will be continuing the theme of Little Red Riding Hood. If you are planning on dressing up as Little Red, and you have not purchased a cape yet, then you are in luck! Why not just make one yourself? Mind you, this is going to take some time. So if you are pressed for time, I do not suggest making the cape yourself. I did find one website online that has the instructions written out for you, and a list of all the supplies you will need to make the cape. If you are more of a “read the manual” type of person then please take a look at this website. Disclaimer: the person creating the capes is making them for her children, so you may need to adjust the measurements to fit yourself.

If you are more of visual learner like me, then a video might be a better option. FleeceFun also lays out what supplies you will need (about 40 seconds into the video). You nay want to watch the video once before you go out to buy supplies. Here is the link to the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvyOVE-fh4A
As far as supplies go, you should not have a problem finding the items in any arts and crafts store. For fabric I suggest checking out Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft store (http://www.joann.com/). They are usually cheaper than Michael’s when it comes to fabric, so check the prices online before you go shopping! Hope you enjoyed this post! Have fun crafting!
